Program Coordinator

Victory Junction, serving campers with serious and chronic illness, offers an exciting and gratifying opportunity for a Program Coordinator. This position will be joining a collaborative team which provides life-changing experiences for our campers and their families in our year-round offerings (traditional summer and family weekend retreats) at our premiere facility in Randleman, North Carolina. Job responsibilities include program development, weekend and summer programming, and program area and program staff supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree preferred
• At least two years of relevant experience in camp programs and administration
• Ability to supervise and evaluate staff, volunteers, and campers
• Ability to plan, originate, organize and carry out weekly and special programs
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be a team player

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated team player with the ability to work autonomously, be flexible, and possess strong organizational, managerial, interpersonal, and communication skills. This is a salaried position with benefits. Candidates must be willing to work out of the camp office in Randleman, NC. The Program Coordinator is required to live on site when camp is "in session," accommodations are provided
