PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES

The following guidelines must be adhered to as a result of your participation and collection of wireless phones and accessories in the "Recycle for Victory" Program between Sprint Communications Company, LP and Victory Junction Gang Camp, Inc.

  1. The collection of donated wireless phones, batteries and accessories, on behalf of "Recycle for Victory" shall take place solely through the use of Sprint authorized collection envelopes ("Envelopes"), online mailing label ("Online Label"), magazine or newspaper mailing label insert ("Publication Insert") and table-top display kits ("Displays") to be provided to you by Sprint, that will include the following notice:

    "Please be sure to deactivate service and clear all personal information from your wireless phone before recycling it. If you are unsure how to clear your information from your device, consult your technical manual for instructions. By donating your wireless phone to the recycling program, you agree to release Sprint Communications Company, L.P., and Victory Junction Gang Camp, Inc. (and their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, representatives, members, and affiliates) from any and all claims, loss, or liability related to your donated device. Wireless phones, batteries and accessories recycled through this program are not tax deductible."

  2. Envelopes may be placed in Displays and/or handed out in such locations as offices and events, public and community organizations, etc. (the "Display Venues") so long as the prior permission of the Display Venue has been received. Display Venues shall not include Sprint-owned retail or service and repair stores or in exclusive Sprint dealer stores.
  3. No other means of collection is permitted. In addition, as a participating organization you cannot directly accept phones or related accessories from those wishing to recycle, but instead must give out the Envelopes to them to recycle phones at their convenience or direct them to the Online Label or Publication Insert.

Please note that your receipt of Envelopes and/or Displays for the "Recycle for Victory" program will signify your acceptance in complying with all the requirements set forth in these guidelines.
