Application Guidelines

- November 1, 2009 – Begin accepting Spring 2010 applications (see tentative 2010 schedule below)
- January 1, 2010 – Begin accepting Summer 2010 Applications (schedule will not be available until December 2009)
- July 1, 2010 – Begin accepting Fall Family Weekend Applications (Family Weekend deadline is four weeks prior to session)
Step 1 – Getting the Application

Step 2: Completing the Application
Note: Applications will NOT be reviewed by our Medical Team until all of these below items have been received.
- Application – 6 pages
- Parent, guardian or caregiver please print and complete all fields legibly
- Camper Medial Form – 2 pages
- Camper Medical Form must be completed and signed by your child’s health care provider
- Immunization Records
- Please include an up-to-date copy of your child’s immunization records
Step 3 – Sending the Application

Step 4 – Processing
- You will receive a postcard informing you that your complete application has been received or if any further documentation is required
- If your child/family is not eligible based on our criteria, you will receive a letter from a member of our Selection Criteria Team
Step 5 – Acceptance
- Acceptance notifications for the family weekends will be sent out 2-4 weeks prior to your requested session.
