No Purchase or Donation Necessary to Enter or Win.

Eligibility: Victory Junction Gang Camp Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age and older as of 6/16/06. E mployees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Victory Junction Gang Camp, Inc. ("Sponsor") its affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, distributors, advertising, public relations and promotion agencies, Project Support Team, Inc. ("P/S/T") and anyone else connected with the production and distribution of this Sweepstakes and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Notwithstanding the foregoing, employees of Sunoco, Inc. and any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, and distributors may participate provided that they meet the conditions of eligibility set forth herein; provided, however, that officers, directors and executives of Sunoco, Inc. and its subsidiaries and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter and win. Sweepstakes begins on 6/16/06 and ends 9/8/06. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

Two (2) Ways to Enter: 1) Make a $10 donation to Victory Junction Gang Camp between 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 6/16/06 and 11:59:59 PM ET on 9/8/06 and automatically be entered in the Sweepstakes drawing. Please make checks/money orders payable to Victory Junction Gang Camp, Inc. Donations can be made in the following ways: a) online at www.victoryjunction.org with a valid credit card; b) visit a participating Sunoco retail location for a pre-addressed postage-paid envelope and Entry Form, while supplies last, and enclose your check/money order and Entry Form and mail to the address set forth on the envelope. NOTE: Residents of MD, NJ and VA may not enter using this method of entry ; or c) mail a check/money order, along with your name, complete address, daytime phone number and date of birth on a plain 3" x 5" piece of paper to: Victory Junction Gang Camp, Inc., 4500 Adam's Way, Randleman, NC 27317. 2) To enter without making a donation, hand print your name, complete address, daytime phone number and date of birth on a plain 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail your entry in a #10 envelope to: Victory Junction Gang Camp Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 16057, Bridgeport, CT 06673-6057 . Regardless of method of entry, all mail-in entries must be received by 9/15/06. Enter as often as you wish, but limit one entry per first class stamped outer envelope via the mail method of entry. Limit (1) entry per transaction regardless of size of donation. Sponsor, P/S/T, NASCAR, Inc., Orange County Choppers, Inc. and/or Sunoco, Inc. and their respective parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, retailers, distributors, representatives and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") are not responsible for failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems; lost entries, donations, transmissions; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or other technical failures; garbled, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; incomplete entries or communications; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, electronic or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, inaccurate, delayed, undelivered, misdirected, illegible or postage due entries or mail, or for printing or typographical errors appearing in these rules. Sweepstakes entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. All mail-in entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

(1) Grand Prize: Café racer style V-twin motorcycle custom designed and built by Orange County Choppers for Sunoco and an autographed custom designed helmet. Approximate Retail Value: $75,000.00. Winner must provide proof of valid insurance and valid U.S. driver's license to take delivery of motorcycle and must take delivery of the motorcycle at a location specified by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Autographed helmet to be hand-signed by an individual designated by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Any options not included in motorcycle as awarded are winner's sole responsibility. Federal, state and local taxes, as well as title, license and registration fees and insurance for vehicle and travel or other costs and expenses associated with taking possession of vehicle and any other expenses associated with prize not explicitly stated herein are winner's sole responsibility. SPONSOR MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPILIED, REGARDING ANY PRIZE, PRODUCT OR COMPONENT OF ANY PRIZE OR PRODUCT.

Drawing: Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about 9/27/06 from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by P/S/T, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winner will be notified either by phone, email, mail and/or overnight delivery. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prize except by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Grand Prize winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and (where legal) Publicity Release within 10 days of issuance of notification. Non-compliance with the foregoing or return of prize notification/documentation as non-deliverable or winner declares he/she will not accept prize may result in disqualification and prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. By entering, entrants agree: 1) to be bound by these Official Rules and that the decisions of the Sponsor and the judges will be binding and final in all respects; 2) that Sponsor and its designees shall have the right and permission to use (unless prohibited by law) winner's name, voice, city and state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification; and, 3) that Released Parties are not liable and shall be held harmless by entrant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury and/or damage to entrant and/or any other person and/or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury and/or death to entrant and/or any other person, and/or damage to personal and/or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of a prize (including any harm or injury resulting from use of the motorcycle) or participation in this Sweepstakes. Winner understands, that driving a motorcycle involves risk and winner assumes risk by accepting prize. Any portion of a prize not accepted by the winner will be forfeited. If this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void suspect entries and/or modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination or suspension of the Sweepstakes, at its discretion select winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such termination or suspension. To determine the tax deductibility of a donation, entrants should consult their tax advisor.
