 THE APPLICATION PROCESS
The staff at the Victory Junction Gang Camp has designed our camper and family applications to be as easy as possible for parents and healthcare providers to complete.
SERVICE AREA:
While we wish we could accommodate everyone, it is impossible to guarantee enrollment. If the number of applicants is more than the number of available camper slots, it is then necessary to be selective. Special priority factors will include the child's inability to attend a regular camp because of their illness or therapy. Obviously , there will also be a need for selection to assure appropriate balances of age, gender and diagnoses as well as previous attendance at camp. If all other factors are equal, the camper rosters will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.
DISCLAIMER:
The Victory Junction Gang Camp provides an extraordinary summer camp experience along with extensive medical care provided by on-site doctors and nurses. If your child no longer requires medical care, supervision and monitoring and is healthy enough to attend a typical summer camp, please do not submit an application.
SUMMER APPLICATION
We will start accepting applications for the Summer of 2008 starting December 15, 2007. Please do not submit your application before that date. If you have any questions regarding the application packet, please contact Kristin Wolbert.

REQUIREMENTS FOR BOTH APPLICATIONS:
- Camper Application (to be completed by the parent/guardian)
- Camper Medical Form (to be completed by healthcare provider)
- Camper Application or Family Weekend Application (to be completed by the parent/guardian)
- Family Medical Form (one form for each family member coming to camp)
- Immunization Records (for anyone under 18 coming to camp)
